Located in Manhattan’s Financial District, 25 Park Row—a 702-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper—brilliantly encapsulates New York City luxury living with art-deco design, refined residences, and views of the historic City Hall Park.
For the 50-story structure, CARVART collaborated with Urban Atelier Group to provide tailored products and innovative metalwork complimenting the luxe interior architecture. Throughout the amenity spaces, CARVART fabricated large glass doors with custom-finished hardware in keeping with the project’s bronze metalwork.
Within the fitness center, refined glass railings with custom hardware elegantly partition exercise equipment. Additionally, the team also created bespoke, antique bronze-glass mirrors with custom, matching bronze framing. To stay within the project budget without compromising the designer’s vision, the team created a custom bronze finish on aluminum extrusions.
In the condominium’s 110 luxury residential units, CARVART crafted specially designed minimalist shower enclosures.
