The Newark Liberty International Airport, located in Newark, New Jersey underwent a major renovation of their public restrooms.
In collaboration with Ahuja Partnership Architects, CARVART provided cubicles in cHPL, and architectural glass. CARVART’s engineering team was tasked with creating extremely durable bathroom cubicles that fostered a sense of safety and isolation for all users.
The result: custom-engineered and fully separated bath cubicles, complete with reinforced hardware, non-porous materials, and an integrated, flush, glass transom. CARVART developed custom details to accommodate the project’s need for products that could withstand high-traffic use and cleaning, while assuring users a private experience. The airport is now home to a clean, cohesive bathroom with fully isolated cubicles safe for all visitors.
