For Splunk’s office in McLean, VA, CARVART delivered a signature glass enclosure that’s as complex in engineering as it is stunning in form. At the center of the space, a fully custom, angular glass conference room was designed with glassWALLS > Slim Frame, glassPIVOT > Doors, and integrated Marker Boards—but it’s the geometry that sets this project apart.
The enclosure features compound mitered corners, where glass panels intersect at multiple angles—both horizontally and vertically—resulting in a faceted structure with no two joints alike. These weren’t standard cuts; they required advanced 3D modeling and precision fabrication to bring to life. Compounded by angled walls that are not plumb, each panel had to be uniquely engineered and installed with exacting detail.
