Creating a Workplace That Reflects Innovation
Located within New York City's historic Flatiron Building, Xandr's headquarters was designed to support a modern, collaborative workplace while respecting the character of one of Manhattan's most iconic architectural landmarks. Working alongside Gensler, CARVART was selected to develop custom glass partition systems that would help transform the space into a highly functional and visually connected environment. The completed project was recognized as one of New York's most notable office interiors, blending contemporary workplace design with the building's historic context.
At the center of the project is CARVART's warehouse style glassWALL system, carefully integrated throughout the office to create separation without sacrificing openness. The slim framed glass partitions establish distinct work areas while maintaining transparency, natural light, and visual connectivity across the floorplate. Close collaboration between the CARVART team and Gensler ensured that every detail aligned with the overall design vision, creating a workplace environment that feels both sophisticated and approachable.
