Edward

Edward Geyman

CEO

Edward inherited the love and know-how of glass from his father and learned to etch glass while in his teens in Ukraine. Drawn full-time to the family enterprise soon after his college days, Edward has been the driving force behind the growth of CARVART to the full-service architectural materials and systems innovator it is today. Edward is passionate about culinary arts, great design, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Anatoly Geyman

President

A third-generation glass artisan who immigrated to New York City from Ukraine, Anatoly is the original founder of RG Glass and CARVART. From humble beginnings in a small, one-man shop producing decorative glass panels for small residential projects, Anatoly led the development of the company into a global architectural solutions partner. Today, Anatoly serves as President of RG Glass and CARVART. Anatoly loves spending time with his wife and spoiling his two grandsons.

Brian

Brian Allison

Director of Engineering

Brian brings more than 16 years of metal and glass engineering and design experience in both the manufacturing and construction sectors. His breadth of knowledge with these materials spans from custom ballistic armor for the military to ornamental products for the design/construction industry. In his role, he manages the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, working with CARVART’s customers to develop designs that provide the most efficient and effective solutions. In his leisure time, Brian enjoys working on his classic car that he has been building since he was 14, laboring at home improvement projects, and traveling with his wife to explore different parts of the world.

Michael B

Michael Balagyozyan

Director of Production + QA/QC

With extensive experience both locally and overseas, Michael is a long-time industry professional with expertise in the bathroom glass enclosure and system hardware arenas. Michael joined the CARVART team as a Senior Design Engineer, bringing his inventive and innovative mindsets to all projects. He has in-depth knowledge of EVA laminating systems and processes and holds patents for original designs for a variety of shower enclosures and medicine cabinets. Michael’s involvement in CARVART projects has enriched his experience with architectural glass and metal elements and methods. In his spare time, you can find Michael forging custom kitchen and hunting knives.

Casey Brewer

VP Preconstruction + Estimating

Casey Brewer leads the pre-construction and estimating teams at CARVART, collaborating with in-house engineering and project management to develop comprehensive CARVART solutions that drive design while ensuring successful project completion. With 28 years of installation and manufacturing experience, Casey provides diverse skill sets ranging from intricate engineering and fabrication through complex installation solutions. Casey enjoys trending architecture and engineering marvels, anything outdoors, and events that bring people together.

Chief Operating Officer

With a background in Architecture and Construction Management, Bhaumik brings expertise in construction project management processes and procedures. Keeping the interests of our clients as the highest priority, he works on providing the best experience along with innovative materials and systems solutions for our customers. Bhaumik has more than a decade of experience working in the construction and manufacturing industries and plays a vital role in our drive to constantly improve our services. Outside of work, you can find him walking around with his camera capturing beautiful moments of nature and wildlife through photography.

Amalia

Amalia Van Riper

Chief Financial Officer

Amalia manages CARVART’s financial aspects. She oversees accounting, payroll, and works collaboratively with departments to ensure and establish a strong financial structure. A member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, her previous experience includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. When she isn’t crunching numbers, Amalia enjoys spending time with her family, working out, reading, baking, and shopping. She also loves to travel and get to know different places and cultures.
